Facilities Maintenance Technician

Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment? We’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you have a knack for repairs, an eye for detail, and a passion for keeping facilities in top shape, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components and air conditioning systems.
• Monitor and adjust energy management computer systems.
• Inspect fire panels and respond to alarms.
• Maintain plumbing, painting, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance.
• Set up equipment and furniture for events.
• Operate power tools, forklifts, and motorized equipment.
• Respond to emergency situations and after-hours service requests.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• A valid Florida Driver’s License is required.

Work Environment:

• Local College/University

Pay: $17 - $18/hour (Based on Experience)
