- Help oversee daily production and packing operations.
- Direct, motivate, and support team members throughout the shift.
- Ensure employees are working safely, efficiently, and meeting production expectations.
- Monitor product quality, packing accuracy, productivity, and workflow.
- Communicate production needs, staffing concerns, and issues to supervisors and management.
- Help train new employees and reinforce proper procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
- Must be dependable, comfortable taking initiative, and able to lead by example.
- Previous warehouse, production, food packing, or leadership experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in a 34°F refrigerated environment for extended periods.
- Must have open availability and be willing and able to work long shifts and extended hours, averaging approximately 50–90 hours per week depending on production needs.
- Significant overtime opportunities are available for individuals who want to work additional hours and maximize their earnings.
