- $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Full-time position located in Plant City, FL and is a first shift role.
- Spanish-speaking ability is required for this position.
- Work in a manufacturing environment producing exterior architectural moldings and building products.
- Operate and assist with a concrete mixing machine used in the production process.
- Manually lift and feed 110 lb. bags of concrete mix into the mixing machine throughout the shift.
- Use a shovel to load, move, and manage concrete and other production materials.
- Monitor the mixing process to ensure materials are properly prepared for production.
- Clean the concrete mixer and surrounding production area to prevent buildup and maintain a safe workspace.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic upkeep on the concrete mixing equipment.
- Inspect equipment and report mechanical or operational issues before they lead to downtime.
- Must be able to repeatedly lift and handle up to 110 lbs. throughout the workday.
- Must be comfortable with physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, shoveling, standing, and repetitive movement.
- Previous concrete mixing, construction, masonry, manufacturing, batch plant, or heavy production experience is preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience maintaining production equipment are a plus.
- Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to maintain a steady production pace.
- Ideal candidate will be hardworking, mechanically inclined, physically capable, and comfortable working in a hands-on industrial environment.
