Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to play a key role in ensuring properties are well-maintained, safe, and fully operational. What You’ll Do:

Perform routine maintenance on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other facility systems
Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and maintenance schedules
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair logic controllers and electrical components
Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
Travel to job sites (must have a vehicle for work use)
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory
Collaborate with property management to develop preventive maintenance plans

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in facilities maintenance or a related field, with a focus on electrical systems
Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance tasks efficiently
Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and logic controllers
Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with tenants and staff
Basic fabrication skills (preferred but not required)
Leadership experience (a plus for potential supervisory opportunities)
Proficiency with electrical testing tools, including an ohmmeter
