JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, or containers, by hand or using trucks, tractors, or other equipment
  • Sort cargo before loading and unloading
  • Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information
  • Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs
  • Stack cargo in locations, such as transit sheds or in holds of ships as directed, using pallets or cargo boards
  • Work with the production of doors in the door shop
  • Immediate hire opportunity

 

SCHEDULE & PAY

  • Monday - Friday
  • 6:00 am - 4:30 pm or when work is complete
  • Starts at $14 hr
  • First raise at 100 days

401(K) SAVINGS PLAN:

Please note vesting for both Profit Sharing and 401(K) are based on years of service:

PROFIT SHARING PLAN:

  • 100% contributed by company based on profitability
  • 6% of eligible wages or 6% of net income for the company whichever is lower
  • Fully vested after 6 years’ participation
  • Benefit is available to all employees who work at least 1,000 hours per year. Must be employed on the last day of the plan year.
