WorkerBee’s Staffing is seeking a dependable, organized, and people-oriented Administrative Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator to support our recruiting efforts while assisting with daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple tasks, and helping connect candidates with employment opportunities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in recruiting, on-boarding, employee support, and office administration while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Schedule

  • Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: Off
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Total Hours: 36 – 40 Hours Per Week

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruiting & Staffing
  • Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.
  • Screen applicants and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
  • Review resumes and match candidates to client requirements.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and clients.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with pre-employment screening processes.
  • Maintain candidate records within the company’s applicant tracking system.
  • Assist with employee on-boarding and orientation.
  • Follow up with employees throughout assignments to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Administrative Support

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
  • Maintain employee and client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare on-boarding packets, employment documents, and correspondence.
  • Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks, including time-card collection and verification.
  • Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews.
  • Support daily office operations and special projects as needed.

Client & Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
  • Communicate with clients regarding staffing needs and employee assignments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers.
  • Assist in maintaining positive relationships with employees and clients.

Qualifications Required

  • The ability to multi-task and not get flustered is very important
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM software.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
