We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Accountant or Bookeeper with a strong background in Quickbooks who has experience working in a CPA firm. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity to join a local well known organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION- Prepare financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.- Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.- Reconcile accounts including accounts payable and accounts receivable.- Assist in corporate finance activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.- Handle account reconciliation and maintain financial records.- Utilize knowledge of corporate accounting principles to support day-to-day operations.- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.- Provide support in public accounting tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or a combination of training, education, and experience.- Proven experience in financial statement preparation and analysis.

- Strong background and experience with QuickBooks and work in a CPA firm.- Strong understanding of corporate finance principles.- Proficiency in account analysis and reconciliation.- Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.- Knowledge of financial analysis techniques.- Prior experience in public accounting is advantageous.

SCHEDULE & PAY:

- Monday - Friday

- $50,000 - $70,000 DOE
