Compensation$15 - $15 / hr
- Sort, inspect, pack, and prepare berries and other fresh produce for shipment.
- Place product into containers, cases, and packaging according to customer specifications.
- Inspect fruit for quality and remove damaged or unacceptable product.
- Maintain productivity while working on a fast-paced production line.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and GMP requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Must be able to perform repetitive standing, reaching, bending, and hand movements throughout the shift.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable working in a 34°F refrigerated environment for extended periods.
- Must have open availability and be willing and able to work long shifts and extended hours, averaging approximately 50–90 hours per week depending on production needs.
- Significant overtime opportunities are available for individuals who want to work additional hours and maximize their earnings.
