Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outside sales visits to dealerships, contractors, transportation companies, and other target clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate trailer solutions (equipment, utility, enclosed, etc.)
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product demonstrations
• Negotiate pricing and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
• Collaborate with internal teams (inventory, service, financing) to ensure smooth transactions
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM system
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and industry networking opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory sales (trailer, equipment, or automotive industry preferred)
• Strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals independently
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in the field
• Comfortable with frequent local travel
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems
• Ability to understand technical product specifications and explain them clearly to customers

Schedule & Salary:

• First Shift
• $16 - $17 Base Salary, no cap on commission
