RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Opening cases, dumping product on loader & to be loaded on trolleys for cabin plant. (50
lbs cases)

·      Push loaded trolley into cabin plant unload cabin when completed. (2 people process)

·      Move trolley of thawed shrimp to unloader or 40o cooler for further processing. (2 people
process)

·      Place trolley on unloader and dump product into totes. (2 people process)

·      Remove plastic and any other foreign material as needed.

·      Place tag on totes explaining what run this is for, and add additional ice and water as
needed.

·      Banging blocks of shrimp to loosen ice away from boxes. (when needed)

·      As needed help place soaks on products as directed.

·      Take trash to dumpster, corrugated to bundler.

·      Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

·      Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

·      Flexible hours.

·      Must be able to count cases and sort accordingly.

·      Able to work in a very wet environment.

·      Stooping/bending and standing long hours on your feet

·      High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

      Shift starts at 3 pm
