We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Driver/Laborer to join our team. This position is responsible for transporting work crews to and from job sites, assisting with loading and unloading materials, and performing general labor duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a clean driving record, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive company crews safely to and from job sites
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Assist crew members with general labor duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and work areas
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site guidelines
• Support supervisors and crew leaders with daily tasks
• Ensure materials and equipment are secured properly during transport

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check
• Previous labor or construction experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Compensation & Benefits

• $17.00 – $18.00 per hour depending on experience
