Private Equity Mid-Level/Senior Level Attorney

Our client, a globally recognized leader in Private Equity, is seeking a highly qualified mid-level to senior associate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join their award-winning Private Equity Group. This position offers an opportunity to work with one of the top-ranked PE practices, known for executing more buyouts and growth equity deals than any other firm globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including:
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Leveraged recapitalizations
  • Growth equity and venture capital transactions
  • Exits and equity compensation
• Work independently on transaction components while collaborating effectively within larger deal teams.
• Maintain and foster strong relationships with internal and external clients and counsel.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a top-tier law firm’s Corporate or Private Equity practice.
• Proven ability to independently manage components of complex transactions.
• Experience working on a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional matters.
• Proactive mindset, with a strong business sense and attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required.

Education and Experience:

• Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
• Comparable experience in a leading Big Law firm.

Compensation:

• Base Salary Range: $260,000 to $390,000 (commensurate with experience), plus annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.
