What You’ll Do

• Recruit and place top talent for light industrial and clerical roles.
• Run the full desk: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and keeping candidates engaged.
• Build and maintain great relationships with clients while delivering quick, quality results.
• Juggle multiple job orders and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Keep a steady pipeline of talent ready to go for recurring client needs.
• Stay sharp on compliance, safety, and all the “must-dos” of staffing.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in staffing (light industrial/clerical a big plus).
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
• Someone who thrives on problem-solving, people connections, and finding the right fit.
• Excellent communicator who can balance candidate care with client urgency.
• Tech-comfortable (ATS, job boards, social media sourcing, etc.).
• Ready to be in-office Monday–Friday and fully engaged with the team.
