This role requires 1+ years of transactional commercial real estate experience; purely litigation, volume PI, or purely residential backgrounds will not be a fit

Job Description
- Support complex commercial real estate and multifamily housing transactions from start to finish
- Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, joint ventures, and financing matters
- Draft, review, and revise real estate agreements, closing documents, and ancillary transaction materials
- Coordinate due diligence and closings with clients, lenders, and outside counsel
- Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on high-value, fast-moving deals
Qualifications
- 1+ years of transactional commercial real estate experience
- Experience with multifamily, development, or financing transactions preferred
- Strong drafting, editing, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a deadline-driven environment
- Licensed to practice law in New York or eligible for admission
