I have an exclusive Director of Pharmacy opportunity at a long time established 140 bed, not for profit community hospital in Chicago which offers a broad range of inpatient, outpatient, emergency, diagnostic, surgical, and community-based health services. Candidates must have Hospital Management Experience and an active Illinois license to be considered. They are offering a competitive salary, bonus and relocation if necessary.
Pharmacy Team:
-6 Full-Time Employees
-10 Part-Time Employees
-4 PRN Employees
-Total Pharmacy Staff: 20 Employees (Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN)
Candidate requirements:
· Must hold a current, active pharmacy license in good standing in the State of Illinois.
· All active and inactive pharmacist licenses held by the candidate disclosed and verified to ensure they are in good standing.
· Three (3) years of acute care inpatient hospital pharmacy, director of pharmacy experience (might be open to ADOP level)
· Three (3) years of acute care inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
