I have a Director of Pharmacy opportunity at a large bed " 700+ bed not for profit" hospital client of mine in north Florida serving North Florida and South Georgia. They provide advanced and specialized services, including the region’s only Level II Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Center, Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
Position Requirements
-Must hold a current, active pharmacy license in good standing in the State of Florida, or be willing to obtain one. Employment start date is contingent upon the candidate securing an
active Florida pharmacist license.
-Must hold a current, active consultant pharmacist license in good standing in the State of Florida, or be willing to obtain one. Employment start date is contingent upon the candidate
securing an active Florida consultant pharmacist license.
-Three (3) years of acute care inpatient hospital pharmacy director of pharmacy level experience (might consider ADOP or Pharmacy Operations Manager from a like-sized facility)
