What qualifications you will need:

Bachelor's Degree or other approved education plan required

Bachelor's degree in nursing required

Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred
-
3+ years of experience in emergency services required
-
3+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred
-This is a market position – 4 current FSEDs; 2 more under construction opening this year; another one that hasn’t broken ground yet, starting construction early next year.
-Will eventually be a total of 7 FSEDS
-Supporting 2 executive teams
-Reports to ACNO
-Lots of opportunity for growth and supporting 2 hospitals – unique position
-Volume varies – some are 53 a day, highest is 65.
-Each location has ~12 beds

-Point of care lab: nurses do lab testing – no lab in house;
-Employee engagement and patient satisfaction is good
