I have a Director of Emergency Services opportunity with a full-service, 450+ bed acute care hospital in northeast Houston that has been delivering high-quality, cost-effective healthcare for over 25 years.

 

Overall:

• 457 bed facility
• Level II Trauma
• Chest Pain Center
• Level III NICU
• Comprehensive Stroke Center

What qualifications you will need: 

• Must have 3-5 years of recent (within the last year) ACUTE CARE Director or Manager ED experience
• Bachelor's degree in nursing required  
• Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred  
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation required  

 

Salary Range: depending on experience approx: $160K - $180K

+17.5% - 26.25% bonus incentive

+Relocation (if necessary)

-Adult ER only - have 40 care spaces

-Volume: main 175-200 a day

-FTEs - 80-85
