I have an exclusive Director of Food Services opportunity with a hospital client of mine, located near Fayetteville, North Carolina...part of a large academic "not for profit" health system.  They are absolutely requiring a Registered Dietian for this role and ServSafe certification and experience working in the hospital setting. The previous Director had been there over 10 years and retired recently and the cafeteria is undergoing a complete renovation and will be spotless when it opens up next month, including all new appliances...the department is in great shape!  They need someone strong both operationally and clinically, overseeing approximately 60 FTE's.
