Your Role:

• Set up and operate welding machines based on specific job requirements or Welding Procedure Specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand welding requirements.
• Accurately weld steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components according to specifications.
• Assemble products as directed by the floor supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is well cared for.
• Pay close attention to detail, focusing on each task with diligence.
• Adhere to all safety rules and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare finished products for shipment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of experience in TIG welding.
• Proficiency with various gauges and measuring devices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical prints.
• Strong understanding of dimensions, tolerances, and material properties.
• Commitment to safety when operating machines.
