Role Overview:

• Perform a wide range of surgical procedures with a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced healthcare professionals in a supportive environment.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, requiring availability seven days per month.
• Engage in the education and mentoring of medical students and residents.

Compensation:

• Receive a competitive guaranteed salary, adjusted annually by 3% for cost-of-living increases.

Work Schedule:

• Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with block OR scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Completion or upcoming completion of a general surgery residency program.
