Responsibilities:

• Maintain caregiver compliance files
• Continue to monitor requirements and ensure completion
• Assist in onboarding
• Assist NY DOH audit preparation
• Ensure compliance in multiple branches
• NOT remote. In office required

• Minimum of 2 years of home care caregiver compliance
• Knowledge of state regulations and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience collaborating with recruitment, clinical, and operations
• Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
