We are conducting a search for a Plant Operations Manager for our client in Indiana. Candidate should have at least 15 years of progressive work experience in food and beverage manufacturing. Beverage experience is strongly preferred/required.

A consistently strong track record is necessary. Ability to work in a fast paced environment is needed. Candidate needs excellent floor leadership with the necessary skills to embrace and implement change.
