We are conducting a search for a Plant Manager for our client in California. Candidate should have at least 15 years of progressive work experience in food and beverage manufacturing. Food and Beverage experience is strongly preferred/required.

A consistently strong track record is necessary. Ability to work in a fast paced environment is needed. A strong candidate would also have experience in Process Improvement. Candidate also needs excellent floor leadership to work in a challenging environment with the necessary skills to embrace and implement change.

 

UNION experience is NEEDED.
