Position Overview

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to spearhead the operations of this high-volume restaurant. This role involves close collaboration with ownership and the leadership team throughout the opening phase and beyond, establishing service systems, staffing solutions, training programs, and a superior guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure top-tier service and hospitality standards.
• Collaborate with ownership to successfully launch the steakhouse and position it as a market leader.
• Recruit, train, and nurture a high-caliber front- and back-of-house team.
