LA based fine dining group is looking for an Executive Chef for its location in Thousand Oaks, CA.  The Executive Chef is a special position in our group for it involves not only caring out the menu but helping develop specials and seasonal options.  Multi-concept group has many paths for growth if the operations are successful.

Restaurant Executive Chef Requirements:
 
  • Scratch food - Steak House fusion experience is a huge plus 
  • High sales volume with seasonal menu 
  • Mentoring sous chefs and hourly kitchen staff
  • People first mentality
