Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to enhance market presence and drive revenue growth in the HVAC and Data Center sectors.
• Identify and establish partnerships with OEMs, leveraging your industry knowledge and connections.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with customer needs and market demands.
• Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, providing exceptional support and identifying opportunities for further collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-30 years of experience in business development or sales within the HVAC or Data Center industries.
• Proven track record of successful OEM partnerships and business growth.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and Data Center infrastructure.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
