We’re looking for a Sales Executive who is energized by building new relationships, opening doors, and driving revenue. This is an opportunity to become a trusted advisor in the local business community, help shape hiring strategies for clients, and play a key role in our next phase of growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Driving New Business & Revenue
- Proactively identify and engage new clients
- Execute multi-channel outreach (in-person prospecting, calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Lead discovery conversations
- Present tailored staffing solutions
- Manage full sales cycle
- Hit activity and revenue targets

Building Long-Term Client Relationships
- Maintain ongoing partnerships
- Conduct regular check-ins
- Anticipate hiring needs
- Provide proactive recommendations
- Partner with recruiting for delivery

Collaboration
- Work with recruiting and marketing
- Share market insights
- Participate in team meetings

Pipeline Ownership
- Maintain CRM accuracy
- Track pipeline and KPIs

Brand Representation
- Be active in the local business community
- Support marketing efforts
- Represent the company with professionalism
