Your Mission

  • Advocate for the Customer: Manage inquiries and warranty claims via email and phone with precision, empathy, and a "can-do" spirit.

  • Problem Solve: Navigate complex customer complaints by finding creative, fair solutions that align with our high standards.

  • Collaborate: Act as the liaison between customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure repairs and replacements happen seamlessly.

  • Communicate: Keep leadership in the loop on trends and feedback to help us constantly improve our offerings.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 1–2 years in customer service or a call center environment (High School Diploma/GED required).

  • Character: A rock-solid sense of ethics. You take pride in being reliable and doing the right thing, even when no one is looking.

  • Agility: The ability to pivot between tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an organized workspace.

  • Communication: A professional, polished demeanor and the ability to de-escalate tense situations with grace.

  • Reliability: Ability to pass a drug and background screening and work in-person at our Sutton office.

The Logistics

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (In-person).

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
