What You’ll Do

• Generate UPS shipping labels and complete required shipping documentation

• Coordinate freight schedules to ensure prompt and reliable deliveries

• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and data entries

• Partner with internal teams and customers to quickly resolve questions and issues

• Successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CRM systems

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
