Are you passionate about helping customers and creating exceptional experiences? We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Operations Team in Leominster, MA. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer relationships—ensuring orders flow smoothly from start to finish, solving problems with care and creativity, and helping athletes and teams get the gear they need to play their best.
You’ll manage customer accounts, support warranty and product inquiries, and collaborate across departments to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. If you love teamwork, communication, and a “work hard, play hard” environment, you’ll feel right at home here!
· Manage daily customer orders and communications from start to finish.
· Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them with professionalism and urgency.
· Recommend gear solutions and ensure customers get the best fit for their needs.
· Support warranty claims and respond to product inquiries quickly and accurately.
· Collaborate across teams (Operations, Marketing, Product Development, Finance) to share customer feedback and drive improvements.
· Maintain organized and accurate records using NetSuite ERP and Microsoft Office tools.
· Occasionally assist with warehouse or administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
· Strong communication and customer service skills (written and verbal).
· Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
· Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills — you’re resourceful and proactive.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· Dependable team player with great attendance and punctuality.
· Comfort using ERP systems (experience with NetSuite is a plus).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
· A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed!
