We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Office Administrative Assistant to become an important part of our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for our clients and plays a vital role in ensuring our office operates smoothly each day.

What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct clients to the appropriate team members

  • Welcome walk-in clients and provide a friendly, professional first impression

  • Assist clients with payments and basic account inquiries

  • Look up client information within our agency management system

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail

  • Scan, organize, and maintain electronic documents and records

  • Prepare letters, forms, and other administrative documents

  • Support daily office operations to help ensure everything runs smoothly

  • Provide administrative assistance to team members as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Comfort interacting with clients both in person and over the phone

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software systems

  • Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, office support, or customer-facing role is preferred but not required

  • A positive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn

What We Offer

  • Full-time, stable schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
