Job Summary

The Loan Servicing Specialist plays a key role in supporting all phases of the consumer lending and servicing process. Working within established policies and procedures, this individual assists members and dealers, ensures accurate loan processing, and delivers exceptional service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and knowledgeable in consumer loan products, services, and problem resolution.

How you will contribute 

Sales & Service

  • Deliver excellent service in all member interactions.

  • Proactively recommend relevant products and services.

  • Ensure prompt and accurate responses to member inquiries.

Loan Servicing Operations

  • Post all loans to the system accurately and reconcile daily transactions.

  • Process loan payoffs, release titles, and send all required documentation promptly.

  • Perform maintenance functions such as skip payments and posting error corrections.

  • Prepare dealer wires for indirect loans.

  • Complete and file UCC forms and release documentation.

  • Process credit life/disability refunds.

  • Handle charged-off loan activities monthly.

  • Set up pre-authorized automatic loan payments.

  • Review exception reports and monitor outstanding items with strong attention to compliance.

  • Support organizational goals by contributing to both personal and team sales metrics.

  • Provide coverage for lending team members as needed.

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
