Job Description
We are currently searching for Schedulers. In this role, you would schedule patient appointments for the field staff by inbound and outbound calls. We offer a team-based environment with extensive training to ensure confidence and success of our staff and patients.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming and outgoing calls
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Communicating clearly and professionally via phone, and email
- Gain knowledge company respiratory products and services
- Perform and process other assigned tasks on a daily basis
Required Skills:
- Excellent communicator with a passion to provide outstanding customer service
- Proficient computer skills
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize daily workflow
- Multitasker with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful and solution oriented with the ability to problem solve
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
