Superintendent (Field Leader – High Overtime, Growth Opportunity)
Lead in the Field. Build Something That Grows.
We are expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a hands-on leader who can run jobs, support a team, and help drive projects forward in the field.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role.
This is for someone who leads by example and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll act as the lead in the field, overseeing small crews while actively working alongside them to install, operate, and maintain remediation and water treatment systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and support field technicians on active job sites
- Oversee installation, operation, and removal of dewatering and treatment systems
- Troubleshoot equipment and systems in real time
- Coordinate with project managers and operations teams
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity on-site
- Assist with equipment prep, logistics, and occasional shop work
👉 Think of this role as a working supervisor—you’re leading, but you’re also doing the work.
