Field Technician (Hands-On / Overtime Available)

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of a field team installing, operating, and maintaining water treatment, dewatering, and remediation systems on active job sites.
Day-to-day work includes:
- Setting up and breaking down equipment on job sites
- Operating and maintaining pumps, hoses, and treatment systems
- Supporting system troubleshooting and basic repairs
- Working alongside Superintendents and project teams in the field
- Loading/unloading equipment and preparing materials
- Occasional shop work (cleaning, testing, organizing equipment)
👉 This is a hands-on, physical role. You won’t be sitting at a desk.
What We’re Looking For
We are open to entry-level candidates and those with experience.
Strong backgrounds include:
- Construction / labor
- Plumbing / HVAC
- Electrical work
- Mechanical or equipment experience
- Environmental or field service work

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Comfortable working outdoors and in a physically active role
Work Environment & Schedule
- Consistent overtime available (15–25+ hours/week)
- Outdoor, active job sites (varied environments)
- Occasional travel (rare, overnight when needed – company paid)
- Team-based work (typically small crews)
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physical environments (including confined spaces)
- Willingness to follow safety protocols (including respirator fit testing)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening (federal contractor requirements)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- OSHA certifications (10, 30, or 40)
- Hoisting license
- Wastewater license
- Prior experience in construction or environmental services

Technology
- Very basic systems (clock in/out, select tasks)
- No advanced computer skills required
