Position Summary
Are you someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and helping customers navigate complex processes?
As a Client Support Representative, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, guiding them through every stage of the certification process. This role combines customer service, account coordination, and administrative support to ensure clients receive an exceptional experience from onboarding through certification maintenance.
We're looking for someone who is naturally organized, communicates well, enjoys learning, and takes pride in providing outstanding service. While experience with ISO standards or certification processes is a plus, we're happy to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a desire to grow.
What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with assigned clients and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the certification lifecycle.
- Guide clients through certification activities while ensuring a seamless, positive customer experience.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client questions and provide regular updates.
- Create and maintain accurate client profiles and documentation within the EQM database.
- Coordinate audit schedules, certification activities, and supporting documentation.
- Track account status, maintain reports, and ensure important deadlines are met.
- Compile data and generate reports to support operational objectives.
- Maintain audit planners for multisite accounts and assist with certificate-related activities.
- Support invoicing, expense rebilling, collections, and other operational functions as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure assessment activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, client support, account coordination, or administrative support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with databases, CRM, or client management systems.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or certification-related processes is a plus, but not required.
