Smartsheets System Administrator
POSITION SUMMARY
RL Siteworx is seeking an experienced, detail oriented, and precise Smartsheets System Administrator to execute, manage, and maintain Smartsheets with RL’s organization. This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The duties of this role require an advanced and intimate understanding of the Smartsheets program and a desire to build and automate a highly efficient operating platform for RL. This role will interact with a variety of people internally and externally and have a large impact on RL’s operational efficiency.

OBJECTIVES
- Custom Solution Development: Design and implement Smartsheets systems that address RL Siteworx's unique operational needs.
- Data & Workflow Automation: Develop automated workflows to streamline data capturing, project management, document tracking, resource allocation, reporting, and various other activities.
- Collaboration and Integration: Enable seamless collaboration across teams, with integrations to other relevant tools (e.g., accounting ERP, CRM, and inventory management systems).
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Conduct hands-on training for key personnel, ensuring effective Smartsheets usage across the organization and building in-house expertise.
- Reports & Dashboards: Build necessary custom reports and dashboards to facilitate individual, department, and leadership needs.
- Maintenance & Improvements: Execute necessary maintenance and improvement of automations, sheets, reports, dashboards, integrations, etc.
- System Administration: Manage user additions/deletions/edits, user permissions, user groups, etc.
COMPETENCIES
- Extensive experience with Smartsheets, especially in creating dashboards, automated workflows, reports, and data management.
- Extensive knowledge of advanced Smartsheets functions, including Control Center, Blueprints, Data Shuttle, Work Apps, API integrations, etc.
- Skilled in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and applying them through Smartsheets.
- Ability to translate project requirements into Smartsheets workflows that prioritize efficiency and accuracy.
- Experience in designing customized dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights on project performance, timelines, and budgets.
- Ability to simplify data presentation for easy analysis
- Strong knowledge of construction job roles and industry demands.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Required Smartsheet Certifications: Core Product Certifications, Project Management Certification, and Integration Specialist Certification.
- Prior experience within the Partner Network is a plus
- Undergraduate degree in human resources, business administration, or similar field
- Not less than 2 years of experience in similar roles
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- This position will require limited travel. Less than 5% of total time.
COMPENSATION
- Competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000 annually
