What You’ll Do

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments within adult foster care homes

  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior support plans

  • Train and coach direct care teams on behavior strategies and de‑escalation

  • Ensure compliance with person‑centered planning and state standards

  • Collaborate with home managers, families, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Monitor progress and adjust programming for long‑term success

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • LBA in the State of Michigan

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Experience with adults with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, or dual diagnoses (preferred)

  • Knowledge of AFC/Group Home regulations — or willingness to learn

  • Strong leadership, training, and communication skills

  • Compassionate, patient‑centered approach to care
