Monitor progress and adjust programming for long‑term success

What We’re Looking For

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
LBA in the State of Michigan
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience with adults with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, or dual diagnoses (preferred)
Knowledge of AFC/Group Home regulations — or willingness to learn
Strong leadership, training, and communication skills
