Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled General Orthopedic Surgeon to join a reputable, patient‑centered orthopedic group in the Coldwater area. This role is ideal for a surgeon who values clinical excellence, teamwork, and long‑term reputation over transactional practice models. You will work alongside experienced orthopedic surgeons, advanced practice providers, and a strong clinical support team committed to delivering exceptional orthopedic care across a broad range of conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Orthopedic Surgical Procedures — Perform a full spectrum of general orthopedic surgeries with a proven track record supported by surgical logs.

• Call Coverage — Participate in a shared call rotation (approx. 8–10 shifts per month).

• Collaborative Care — Work closely with orthopedic partners, RNs, PAs, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high‑quality patient care.

• Clinical Leadership — Partner with practice leadership to support departmental goals, quality initiatives, and potential research interests.

• Professional Standards — Maintain the highest levels of integrity, communication, and patient‑centered decision‑making.

Practice & Compensation Model

Qualifications
