Position Overview
This customer-oriented support role manages daily inquiries, order troubleshooting, quote preparation, and internal coordination to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. You will provide responsive service across email, phone, and system platforms in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. Full-time on-site attendance is required.
Core Responsibilities
· Handling email and phone customer requests, developing accurate parts quotes, resolving order discrepancies, and processing returns or modifications efficiently.
· Collaborating closely with planning, shipping, and accounting teams to expedite orders and resolve any fulfillment issues promptly.
· Accurately documenting all customer interactions, complaints, and order updates within the CRM system.
· Managing a substantial volume of inbound calls (approximately 200+ monthly) while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail under time pressure.
· Composing clear, independent professional email communications and utilizing Outlook, Teams, and CRM tools effectively throughout the workday.
Position Requirements
Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with high accuracy; strong proficiency in Office 365 tools and CRM systems. Excellent written and verbal communication, critical-thinking, and organizational skills are essential. Ability to work independently without scripts in a dynamic environment with frequent interruptions is required. Post-high-school education or prior customer-service experience preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Primarily seated computer-based work with occasional light lifting (up to 25 Lbs.) and moderate office noise levels. Reasonable accommodations available.
