About this role
We are seeking an ECVC Associate with 4-8 years of law firm experience in venture capital and/or mergers & acquisitions to join our client's ECVC practice. This role is crucial due to high client demand and continued growth. We are looking for a highly skilled corporate associate who can lead transactions and interact directly with founders, CEOs, management teams, and boards of directors for both company-side and investor-side clients.

Lead transactions and interact directly with founders, CEOs, management teams, and boards of directors.

Work on high-growth businesses at all stages, from pre-seed to pre-IPO, focusing on SAFEs, preferred stock financings, and corporate governance.

Counsel management on matters ranging from formation to exits.

Advise venture capital firms and institutional investors on emerging growth companies.

Foster relationships within the private technology and life sciences company ecosystem.

Work with clients across diverse industries including AI, digital health, defense tech, life sciences, electronic gaming, and fintech.
