LOCATION: This on-site position is located in Danboro, PA.

ROLE: The Company is seeking a Senior Financial Business Systems Analyst to manage and optimize its JD Edwards ERP environment, partnering with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to improve processes, drive efficiency, and deliver business-focused solutions.
IDEAL PROFILE: The ideal candidate brings strong JD Edwards expertise (functional financials), excellent relationship-building skills, independent problem-solving ability, and a keen understanding of business strategy and detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to identify needs, define requirements, and translate business challenges into effective JD Edwards solutions.
- Serve as a trusted JDE Finance subject matter expert, with a strong understanding of General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, reporting, and related financial processes.
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve system utilization, automate activities, and deliver measurable business value.
- Collaborate with technical and development teams to design, evaluate, and implement solutions that align with business objectives and JDE capabilities.
- Lead JDE-related projects from planning through delivery, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, milestones, communications, testing, and successful adoption.
- Help users get the most from JD Edwards through training, guidance, documentation, and communication of new functionality and system enhancements.
- Champion data quality, process consistency, system governance, security, and financial controls while ensuring appropriate documentation and compliance practices.
- Stay current with JD Edwards enhancements and industry best practices, bringing forward new ideas and capabilities that can improve efficiency, decision-making, and the overall Finance and Accounting experience.
IDEAL BACKGROUND:
- 7+ years of ERP Business Systems Analyst experience, with a strong track record supporting JD Edwards financial applications in a business environment.
- Deep JD Edwards functional expertise, particularly within Accounting and Finance; experience across additional JDE modules is a plus.
- Some technical capabilities, including JDE configuration, integrations, and familiarity with JDE development tools.
- Business-minded problem solver who can translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions that improve how the organization operates.
- Project leadership experience, with the ability to manage priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and move initiatives from concept through successful implementation.
- Collaborative relationship builder who communicates effectively with Finance, Accounting, leadership, technical teams, and external partners across a global organization.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% as business needs require.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Reside within a reasonable daily commute to Danboro, PA (preferred) or be willing to relocate to the area upon hire.
