HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
 
  • Configure, enhance, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications across key HR functional areas, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, Security, and related HCM modules
  • Partner with HR business teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate needs into scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM integrations, extensions, reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business operations and decision-making
  • Support HCM data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and data quality initiatives during system enhancements and implementations
  • Collaborate with technical teams, data engineers, and application architects to ensure HCM solutions align with enterprise architecture, integration standards, and security requirements
  • Configure and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion HCM functionality to improve system reliability, performance, and user experience
  • Support system testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-production stabilization for Oracle HCM enhancements and releases
  • Develop and maintain documentation for HCM configurations, integrations, technical designs, and support processes
  • Work with implementation partners and external vendors to support enhancements, knowledge transfer, and long-term sustainability of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing HR processes and maximizing the value of Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities
 
 
LOCATIONS: This hybrid role can be based in Buffalo, NY; Erie, PA; or Dayton, OH
  • Some relocation assistance is available for non-local applicants
 
IDEAL PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in a complex environment, preferable in a regulated industry
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, supporting Oracle HCM functionality, including areas such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, and Security
  • Experience with Oracle HCM configuration, enhancements, integrations, reporting, and data-related activities
  • Experience with HCM integrations, extensions, reports, data conversion, and validation activities
  • Comfortable partnering with HR stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective Oracle HCM solutions and troubleshoot application issues
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Reside within a reasonable commute to one of the listed areas or willing to relocate upon hire
