Are you ready to kick off your engineering career working hands-on with radar systems, antennas, and embedded technology? We’re on a mission to deliver advanced gap-filling weather radar powered by active electronically steered array (AESA) antennas and multi-channel software-defined radio (SDR). Our technology enables real-time weather nowcasting and short- to medium-range forecasting—helping communities prepare and respond faster.
Our company is a small, collaborative team that thrives on enthusiasm, curiosity, and working side-by-side. If you want to build meaningful technology while learning from passionate engineers, this is the place for you.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop mixed-signal and power/control circuits for radar and communication systems.
- Create schematic designs and perform PCB layout and verification using Altium Designer.
- Prototype, test, and debug circuit boards using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
- Program microcontrollers to control RF components and built-in test functions.
- Collaborate with RF, mechanical, and software engineers on system integration and performance validation.
- Document designs, test results, and support transition to manufacturing.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in circuit design, PCB layout, or electronics testing (internships and projects welcome!).
- Understanding of analog and digital design fundamentals, including op-amps, ADCs/DACs, filters, and transistors.
