A Day In The Life

• Serve as a subject-matter expert for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, leading analysis and support for complex, cross-functional system changes
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient, scalable system solutions
• Analyze, design, and enhance enterprise applications to improve performance, integration, and cost efficiency
• Lead impact assessments and recommend improvements for systems, processes, and technology platforms
• Evaluate new tools, software, and technologies, advising leadership on fit and value to the business
• Support large, enterprise-level initiatives by coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and management
• Ensure systems remain aligned with evolving business needs through continuous improvement and innovation

Location – Dallas, TX (northeast). Hybrid work schedule (3 days / week in office).

Background Profile

• Extensive experience (8-10+ years) working with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in a business analyst or closely related role
• Excellent communication skills and proven expertise in speaking with users, business leaders and developers, to gather functional requirements and present solutions 
• Hands-on support of JDE Finance, Sales, Warehouse Management, and Purchasing modules in a highly customized environment
• Exposure to JD Edwards Orchestrator preferred
• Strong understanding of JDE data structures, including core tables and how they interrelate
• Practical experience configuring JDE components such as UDC Tables, processing options, and application constants
• Experience working with Groovy is a plus, as is proficiency with SQL databases, including writing and analyzing queries
• Ability to model, validate, and demonstrate business processes within test environments
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical concepts and business needs
• Highly detail-focused professional with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Reside within a reasonable commute to the northeast Dallas area. Will consider relocation for a very strong candidate from within the USA.
