Our client has an immediate need for a qualified attorney with 6+ years of experience to join the debt finance section of their corporate group. This position is open to their Denver, CO office or their Los Angeles, CA and New York City offices.
Qualified candidates should have significant experience representing lenders and borrowers in complex debt financing transactions including negotiating and drafting credit agreements, commitment letters, issues lists, security documents, term sheets, intercreditor agreements, legal opinions and other related transactional documents.
Ideal candidates will have considerable experience leading due diligence teams, coordinating with specialists and managing matters with minimal supervision.
Excellent academic performance, superb communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment required.

Compensation: In accordance with applicable law, the following represents the range of possible compensation for this role. We expect the salary range for this position to be between $305,000 and $325,000 but could be higher depending on years of experience.
Associates are also eligible to receive an hours-based bonus.
