Location
This is an on-site position based in downtown San Diego, offering a collaborative, team-oriented office environment with direct attorney interaction.
Note
This role requires prior plaintiff-side personal injury paralegal experience. Candidates without hands-on PI case management experience from intake through settlement or litigation will not be considered.

Job Description
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation
- Draft and manage correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and case documentation
- Request, organize, and summarize medical records, billing, and damages evidence
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and experts
- Track statutes of limitation, deadlines, and key litigation milestones
- Support attorneys with discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
- Assist with settlement documentation, lien resolution, and case closure
- Maintain accurate case files and updates within the case management system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury paralegal experience
- Strong litigation and case management experience from intake through resolution
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of civil litigation procedures
- Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office
