IMPACT
In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership to a ServiceNow team while partnering closely with enterprise architecture and platform stakeholders. This is a hands-on lead position focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions within complex enterprise environments—particularly across Financial Services Operations (FSO) and Customer Service Management (CSM).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on FSO and CSM
  • Partner with enterprise architecture teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including integrations and automation workflows
  • Guide Agile delivery teams through requirements, sprint planning, and solution deployment
  • Provide technical oversight across ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, CSDM, and enterprise data models

 

What They’re Looking For

  • Deep experience (10+ years) with the ServiceNow platform, including scripting and integrations
  • Proven background architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments
  • Experience with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management)
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following: HTML/CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, AngularJS
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and Service Management frameworks
  • Experience working within Agile delivery models
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • 4-year college degree (B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / BSc (Computer) / B.E.)
  • US Citizen or GC Holder currently in the USA

 

Nice to Have

  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications (Implementation Specialist, Risk & Compliance, Vendor Risk Management)
  • Exposure to regulatory frameworks such as GDPR or ISO
