ERP Functional Team Lead - JD Edwards HR / Payroll

We’re recruiting for an established, nationally recognized organization that is looking for an ERP Functional Team Lead – HR/Payroll to lead a team of functional specialists while remaining hands-on with JDE and related ERP technologies.

💼 What You’ll Do
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR/Payroll functional specialists
• Oversee JDE HR/Payroll support, enhancements, and projects
• Serve as the escalation point for complex functional issues
• Lead requirements, solution design, testing, and deployments
• Partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, business stakeholders, and vendors
• Drive process improvement, system optimization, and ERP modernization
• Ensure strong governance, change control, audit, and compliance practices

🎯 What We’re Looking For
• 8+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience with a focus on HR/Payroll
• Experience leading a team or serving as a senior functional lead
• Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes
• ERP configuration, support, and implementation experience
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• ERP integrations, reporting/automation, and audit/compliance experience are a plus

📍 Location: Remote — Preference for those based in Florida, Georgia, or North Carolina. Must be in the USA.
